Make dealing with finances a positive experience – dare we say fun experience – using the resources available through My Secure Advantage. Our online video course, Raising Money-Savvy Kids, is specifically designed to offer tips and tools for each stage of life, from childhood to adulthood. Use our course to learn how to have positive money conversations and get equipped with simple steps and exercises for kids at any age.

What’s included?
Hear from three MSA money coaches as they offer insight, examples, and action steps for raising money-savvy kids.

The Early Years, 3-12
Even kids as young as three years old can see the importance of money. The videos in this section of the course will show you how to model good money habits and turn everyday activities into fun opportunities for teaching your children about how to have a healthy relationship with money.

The Teen Years, 13-17
Take your teen’s financial IQ to the next level by exploring the ins-and-outs of a budget, how bank accounts and payroll deductions work, and the importance of saving. Help your teen prepare for financial independence as you talk about vehicle expenses, managing credit cards and protecting against identity theft.

Life as a Young Adult, 18-23
Getting ready for college and entering adulthood is an exciting and expensive transition. In this section of the course, learn how to prepare your young adult for the financial responsibilities of living on their own. Whether they plan on attending college or working full-time, you can help them adjust their budget for new expenses.

Throughout the course, you can access related resources like calculators, budgeting tools, worksheets for you and your child, and articles with additional information, and more.
